How does the service work?
How do I order?
Before you can place an order you will need to set up an account with us.
This is a snap - simply click the "Order" tab at the top of the screen and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Please make note of your new username and password - you'll need this to log into your account on future visits.
2. Pick a box
Choose the right type, size, and frequency of delivery to fit your needs. Our contents change each week with the season and market conditions. Set your box to come one-time only, weekly, or every other week. This also helps us plan ahead with the farmers.

If you thoroughly enjoy or dislike a particular fruit or veggie, let us know. The last step of the signup process is to update your personal produce preferences. Our computer system will use this information each time we create you an order.
Say you or a family member is allergic to avocadoes. Just click "Always Remove" and they will never turn up in your box. The best part is your "Always Remove" items are replaced with something you like! So make sure to review the "Fine to place in order" column to let us know all the items that you enjoy. We will make sure that you receive what you've requested per the limitations of the weekly menu.
4. Review and confirm your first order before delivery
We create orders every Friday at 12 noon. You will receive a order confirmation email when your order is available. Log into your account to review and confirm your order. While your their make unlimited exchanges and add extra items to your box.
Our minimum order is our Tiny box. Delivery is free of charge.
Do I have to order a produce box?
Yes, we have specifically designed our service to work around the quantities in the boxes. We are a small business, and do not have the buying power of the major retailers. The service would be much more expensive, and probably not possible, outside of this format. You can always add additional items to your box.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription in order to get a box? I only want to try the service.
No. We offer a One-Time only option for customers who want to test drive our service or are giving boxes for gifts.
Why can I not see my first order?
We release our new menu to all active members every Friday at Noon (12pm). Your first order will be available once we can get you into our ordering cycle.
All of our produce is bought fresh each week. We only buy enough produce to fill our orders. Since we hold no excess inventory new members who signed up past the deadline must wait until we release our next menu.
